fridays are so depressing. at least while still at work. all i want to do is get the hell out of here and go home. fridays, the work day just drags on forever. i've barely done anything today, and can't believe it's only 3:30. i'm going to go slit my ankles. i heard that's much better and faster than the wrists. apparently, you don't even get to the second one because you're already out of it. sweet world, melting away gently....

that would be my bestest friend aparna. i can't even begin to explain how amazing she is. she's so smart and funny and beautiful. and she's coming back to boston. she just found out on thursday that she got an offer from her #1 pick for a firm to do her summer associateship at. or, to be hip and use the slang, her summering. so she'll be here with me! i'm so excited! i'll have my partner in crime with me once again.
